Obnoxious interface and IAP

Feh. There might be a good story in here, but the clunky interface and intrusive monetization through IAP make this frustrating to deal with. I gave up after an hour or two.

The chapters and side stories are time-gated, pushing you to purchase “energy” with real money to be able to read through the story at a normal reading pace.

Aside from that, the interface is clunky, like a rough PC game from the early ‘90s, the localization/translation is not great, and the sound is pretty annoying. I like the visual novel form and am not ragging on it for being that; it’s just poorly done, and much of it comes from an attempt to extract money from the player.
