Glitch and Error

I really really want to play this game. But when I load this game it always says Im not connected to the Internet. I really hope this would be fixed cause I want to play it badly. Im using ipad mini in case you need to know. Some other games by this same company is playable. But some of them are having troubles like this one, always saying Im not connected to the Internet. Please help. Thank you.
